The Lake Braddock Crew Team will be attending the Stotesbury Cup Regatta this year, held on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia, PA.

Costs

 Rowers:

It is very easy and self-explanatory. Please pay close attention to the dates you enter for check-in and check-out. The hotel has allowed us the discounted rate for a few days before and after in case anyone would like to stay extra, so if you are only attending the regatta use the following dates: Check-in May 17 Check-out May 19 Parents, this is very important. If your plans change, you need to cancel your hotel room before 6pm on the night of arrival or you will be charged.

 Completed Stotesbury registration. This will be on-line including payment. This includes rowers, coaches, parents other chaperones. Fees or lack of them should correspond with the heading under which you are registering.

 Payment for each rower + parent meals and bus, as appropriate.

 Make appropriate meal choice, lunch only.

 There is a drop down of information, schedule, forms, and policies to review and agree to for every participant in the LB Crew Stotesbury experience. They do not need to be printed or returned. Your registration is acknowledgment of agreement. Some will look very familiar.

 Note if families have a "credit" to be applied to the trip: Please confirm the amount with our Treasurer, treasurer@bruincrew.com. Families using credits will need to have adjustments made since their payment amount will be unique.

Many of these forms will look familiar since we have copies on file for rowers. Please read and "acknowledge" the information, your agreement and authorization is necessary to complete the registration process. There is no need to print unless you’d like them for your records. Luggage Search

Absence from School We will provide a list of all rowers attending the trip to the LBSS Attendance Office. All rowers should make arrangements with their teachers to do work in advance, obtain make-up assignments, turn in homework, etc.

A head Chaperone will be identified during the planning stages of the trip. This will be covered in depth in its own information packet. Thank you to all that have and will volunteer to help make this a safe trip for everyone!

If your rower is required to take prescription medication or would like them to have the ability to take over the counter medications authorization is required by school policy. More information will be provided closer to the trip.

Rowers should bring a bagged lunch to eat on the bus for Thursday. All other meals will be provided. Thursday night dinner is a banquet at the hotel. Friday consists of breakfast at the hotel, and a catered breakfast, lunch and snacks at the river.

Dinner Friday night will be a pizza party with salad, dessert in the hotel atrium. Saturday will be breakfast at the hotel and lunch for the river or he bus ride home.
