VSRC Regatta: THE NVRPA EXPECTS THAT THE PARKING LOTS AT SANDY RUN WILL BE FILLED TO CAPACITY BY 9:30 AM FOR THE VIRGINIA SCHLOASTIC ROWING CHAMPIONSHIP REGATTA, 5/10/08. If you are planning to come to the races after 9:30 am you are instructed to go straight to the off-site commuter lot located at the intersection of 123 and Old Bridge Road (directions attached via this link) to be shuttled to the park.

Stotesbury Regatta: Please follow the following links for rower's boat/seat assignments, the schedule for the time trials on Friday 16 May, and the schedule for the semis and finals on Saturday 17 May. The LB information packet for times, directions, etc can be downloaded for printing and review via this link.

Students....Are you a beginner and want to learn how to row or a rower with experience but want to further develop your rowing skills?....Check out these great area programs and camps for the summer/fall 2008. Coach Eva and Coach Jenny also recommend an excellant program called Three Rivers Rowing (TRR) in Pittsburg for boys and girls. Housing in the homes of local rowers can be arranged for these programs.
GET A JUMP ON NEXT YEAR'S REGISTRATION...Athletic physicals will be held at LBSS on Tuesday, May 27 from 6-8 p.m. Please go to www.fcps.edu/supt/activities/atp/ppeschedule.htm to register. You will be emailed back with an appointment time. Cost is $40.
